1. Operator and contact
The service is provided by Mariusz Twaróg, Łososina Górna 47, 34-600 Limanowa, Poland (the “Operator”). Support and complaints: tablerival@gmail.com. These Terms apply to the TableRival app (app.tablerival.poker), the first-party API and the public website.
2. Educational purpose and age
TableRival is a Texas Hold’em simulator and decision trainer for adults aged 18 or over. It does not operate real-money games, accept deposits or wagers, pay prizes or broker bets. Do not use it as assistance while participating in an external real-money game or in a way that violates an organiser’s rules or applicable law.
3. Educational recommendations
Feedback may use solver data, models, simulations and educational rules. The app may label confidence and source, but not every answer is an exact GTO solution. Recommendations may be incomplete or wrong, are not financial advice and never guarantee winnings. A sound decision may lose because of variance.
4. Free and Pro access
Free limits and Pro features are described in the app. Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase where available. The price, currency, duration, tax and terms shown by Google Play or the App Store before confirmation are authoritative. Details about renewal, cancellation, restore and refunds are on the Subscriptions & purchases page.
5. Payments and cancellation
- Purchases are handled by the platform store; the Operator does not receive card details.
- A subscription renews automatically until cancelled in Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not shorten a paid period.
- Restore Purchases asks the store to verify the entitlement again.
- Refunds, withdrawal and payment complaints are governed by the relevant store rules and mandatory consumer law.
6. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Do not bypass payments, forge purchase evidence, resell access, scrape content or models at scale, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, interfere with security, cheat or collude with other players, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Local data and backups
Progress, hands, aliases and notes are stored locally by default. You are responsible for exporting a backup before uninstalling, resetting or replacing a device. Do not enter third-party personal data without a lawful basis; remove it before submitting a report.
8. Availability, updates and digital-service conformity
The Operator may update models, features, limits and technical compatibility while respecting acquired and consumer rights. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, store outages or security risks. The Operator will provide the digital service and updates required by applicable consumer law and will address defects reported to support. A serious breach may lead to proportionate service restrictions where legally permitted.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for external poker results, expected profit, decisions based on a recommendation or loss of unbacked local data. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints, withdrawal, law and disputes
Email support with platform, version and a description, but no payment-card data. The Operator will reply without undue delay and, where mandatory, within 14 days. Consumers keep any applicable withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction and termination rights for digital content or services; store procedures may apply to payment refunds. Polish law applies, while consumers retain mandatory protections of their habitual country of residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent court or available alternative dispute body.
11. Privacy and responsible play
Use of the service is governed by the Privacy Policy. TableRival is not a source of guaranteed income. Read the Responsible Play guidance before playing.
